What to expect...

All Sessions are through a secure Tele Therapy line. You will need to have a home, office or other secure space to talk.

Our first session or two consist of talking about what brings you in, what goals you would like to set and reviewing my practice policies and the intake forms you filled out. All session are 50 minutes in length.

I use a variety of assessments such as geno grams, eco maps, timelines and questionnaires to help you visualize and gain a better insight on what might be going on.

I will work in a collaborative way with you and any other health health care providers you may be working with.

My office hours are Monday through Wednesday 8am to 5pm and Thursdays 8am to 2pm.

I encourage clients to download the secure texting app called "Signal", if you wish to communicate via texting.
